To use Turamba you must be at least 18 years old.

Why do I need to tell you my gender?

Turamba is a video chat platform where guys are looking for girls and vice versa. By collecting gender information we can better match users with others in accordance with their preferences. Your gender is, however, not revealed to other users.

What if I'm only interested in chatting with women?

You can use gendering filtering by subscribing to Premium. Simply click the "PREMIUM" button on the navigation bar. Then click the Premium subscription plan that fits your preference.

I saw someone behaving inappropriately in a video chat. What can I do?

If you find anyone whose behvaior is against our rules of conduct please click the report button. Our moderation team will investigate them, and will ban them if necessary.

Any tips for using Turamba?

Make your room bright and make sure your face is shown. Be respectful and don't forget to smile.

Are there any privacy concerns?

Turamba is an anonymous chat. Keep your sensitive information to yourself and do not share it with anyone in a chat unless you have established trust.

How do i cancel my Premium subscription?

Simply click the "PREMIUM" button on the navigation bar. Then click "Cancel subscription". Your subscription will stay valid until the end of the billing period.
